It's getting Ugly out here

As the leaves change across the northern, Northern Hemisphere so does the level of animosity between good and evil. The airwaves fill with anger, spite, arguments and shouting as those on the Left cave to those on the Right. Is the Left not up to the fight?

All that is required for evil to prevail is for good men to do nothing.
- Edmund Burke

Edmund Burke was born on 12 January, 1729 in Dublin, Ireland. He was an Irish statesman, author, orator, political theorist, and philosopher who, after relocating to England, served for many years in the House of Commons of Great Britain as a member of the Whig party. He is mainly remembered for his support of the cause of the American Revolutionaries, and for his later opposition to the French Revolution. [wiki]

So, on which side of the aisle would Mr. Burke stake his reputation today?
